LinkedIn has identified the best companies in 35 countries across six continents by prioritizing those that support flexible working and provide services that promote employee well-being and mental health. The methodology for creating these lists was focused on finding the best companies for professionals to develop their careers with.
These assessments also took into account companies that invest in professional development for their employees, regardless of the industry they are in, such as banking, consulting, accounting, retail, healthcare, energy, technology, and more.
The lists featured many well-known companies, such as IBM, Deloitte, PwC, Siemens, Alphabet, and Accenture.
